Herbal Smoke from the dragon mountains of La Maroma

Crafted from wild-foraged Thymus zygis (mountain thyme) and Lavandula stoechas (Spanish lavender), these smudge bundles are shaped by the unique ecosystem of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara y Alhama.
This mountain range, located in the southern Spanish region of Andalusia, is part of the larger Baetic Cordillera, a complex geological formation formed over millions of years by tectonic processes.
Its rugged terrain, with elevations reaching over 2,000 meters at La Maroma,
is home to a diverse array of flora and fauna,shaped by the region’s Mediterranean climate, characterized by hot, dry summers and mild winters.

Thymus zygis thrives here in the high-altitude scrublands, its aromatic oils rich in thymol, known for their antimicrobial properties, while Lavandula stoechas, also called "Spanish lavender," grows in the rocky soils, its fragrant flowers offering a natural remedy with anti-inflammatory and calming effects.
Both plants are resilient, adapted to the harsh conditions of the Mediterranean mountains,
and their deep connection to the land is reflected in the care with which they are hand-harvested.
